Hi there, my legendary friend.
Got a quick video to share today: experimenting with getting my move on regardless of the potential impediments around me. When I can get my butt moving, it’s generally a more effective feel better option than additional chocolate chips or yelling indiscriminately. (Refrigerator — How many times do I have to tell you to move? Geez. And quit keeping the food so cold. Oh wait, scratch that. Why am I yelling at the fridge?)
