It’s okay to feel angry.

It’s okay to feel irritable, annoyed, crabby — and go hide under the covers.

It’s okay to feel cranky or tired.

It’s okay to feel resentful and do the ugly cry.

It’s also okay to feel happy, excited, and joyful.

It’s okay to feel proud of yourself and do a little dance.

It’s okay to feel over the moon.

Feelings aren’t good or bad — they just are. It’s okay to feel whatever you feel.

Feel whatever comes up, and then decide what direction you want to go in. IT’S OKAY TO FEEL.
