A couple of thoughts for today that are rolling around in my head:
–Be kind. It doesn’t matter if someone deserves it or not. Be kind because it feels better inside than not being kind. Staying angry, bitter, and resentful is really, really heavy and tiring. Spend your personal energy on more fun things.
–Look for the best in everyone. If you’re not looking for it, you’ll probably miss it. Not because it’s not there; rather, because you weren’t looking for it.
And do these to/for yourself and everyone else. It’ll feel good. (And I’m starting to think that’s the best reason of all for doing anything: to feel good.)
