  2. Review and Selection Your Support Option: Decide which service meets your business needs, goals, and budget. 
  3. Onboarding: Sign your contract, fill out your client questionnaire, and schedule your kickoff call so we can begin to support you! You’ll have a dedicated VA to guide you through the process and answer any questions.

What is the time commitment to get started? Do I have to sign up for recurring monthly support?

We get it — you needed help yesterday. Once you’ve signed your contract, we’ll get your kick-off call scheduled to get you started within two weeks — and if things will take longer due to our current availability, you’ll know that up front. Then our personalized onboarding process helps us get the info we need to hit the ground running…so we can start knocking things out and creating value for your business from week one.

Wondering if you have to sign up for recurring support to work with us? It’s available if you need it and it makes sense. Though if right now you need some one-and-done help? We’re here for your project. Your support package will be personalized for what your business needs right now.

How does communication work? What if something comes up that I need help with?

You can reach our team via email or text message; we regularly check our inbox and will follow up within 24 business hours. You will also receive regular emails about project status and any outstanding items or questions our team has for you in order to complete your work in a timely manner.

If a new project comes up that you need our help with, we’ll provide a timeline of how it will fit in with your other projects and when you’ll hear an update. (New projects generally need 48-72 hours of advance notice for us to get started working on them.)

Meetings will be scheduled as needed, depending on your package and projects.

Do I get to choose which team member I work with?

We take great care in finding and bringing on new team members. Each member of the Skip the Box team goes through a specialized training to understand and uphold the Skip the Box support standards — so we can provide the best operations support possible. We carefully assign team members to projects and clients based on skill set and experience. And if questions come up for you and the point VA on your project? Specialists on our team are available to help provide guidance and answer questions. 

What if we get started but your services aren’t a fit for me?

The Skip the Box team works to go above and beyond to meet your needs. However, we realize that sometimes things aren’t a fit. So if our services aren’t the best match or your business needs shift, for recurring support we require a 30 day written notice, and for project support we’ll meet to discuss how to best conclude what we’ve done thus far so you can hand it off to another provider as smoothly as possible.
